Get to Sleep (and Fast!)

You need to sleep. it's a necessity. well follow these tips and you'll be sleeping like a lamb soon enough!

Steps

  1. Make sure your bed is comfy: Be sure that there are no crumbs on your matress. Have a soft decorative blanket under your duvet so that your not laying on something hard and lumpy. Have a perfect amount of pillows, enugh so that your neck is supported and your head is comfy.
  2. Get a heavy duvet that will keep you warm throughout those cold winter nights.
  3. Have the right lighting: Not too dark, Not too light- Perfect. Some people can't sleep in total darkness. Ifthis is the case then get a table lamp and place it on the other side of your room.
  4. Wind Down: Have a Relaxing Bath. Drink some Hot Chocolate. Read a book (not a horror). listen to relaxing music (like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wJqhh5t-1gM)
  5. Wear Comfy Clothing: Soft Pyjamas.Nothing at All... wear something that doesn't restrict movement.
  6. No Noise: Make sure there are no distracting noises.
