How to Sleep Nicely

Everyone needs a good nights sleep, even if you have to get up at six 'o' clock for work!

Steps

  1. Make your bed first of all, no one likes to sleep with sheets all tangled up.
  2. If you need to, get a hot water bottle, and place a cup of water beside your bed.
  3. It is a good idea to go to the toilet, so you don't wake up in the night.
  4. Close your door, shut the curtains, get changed into some cosy pajamas and climb into your bed.
  5. Get comfy. If you have any worries, try reading for a while to take your mind off any worries that you may have.
  6. Turn your light off, snuggle down. Don't think of anything except going to sleep... Goodnight.
