Steps
- Make your bed first of all, no one likes to sleep with sheets all tangled up.
- If you need to, get a hot water bottle, and place a cup of water beside your bed.
- It is a good idea to go to the toilet, so you don't wake up in the night.
- Close your door, shut the curtains, get changed into some cosy pajamas and climb into your bed.
- Get comfy. If you have any worries, try reading for a while to take your mind off any worries that you may have.
- Turn your light off, snuggle down. Don't think of anything except going to sleep... Goodnight.
